Who are we and what do we do?
Beginning in 2020, Eric and Kathleen began growing and selling mushrooms to local restaurants and local farmers markets as Hill Haven Farms. Hill Haven was the original family name of a farm in Southern New Hampshire, owned by Eric's grandfather Lyman Hill.
We have now expanded into the more technical aspects, including sterile lab work and culture development. We now supply liquid cultures, spore prints and petri culture dishes for a wide variety of edible and medicinal mushrooms.
